Visa Protocol
Please note that participants must complete their registration through the conference platform before receiving an official visa invitation letter from the IFYSS Conference Secretariat.
This procedure applies to all participants who require a visa to attend the conference. As also stated on the registration platform, participants who are unable to obtain visa approval will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
Once your registration and payment have been successfully completed, the Conference Secretariat will issue and send you the official visa invitation letter.
